About
Moeez Bin Nadeem is the software engineer behind UtilLab, including the Website Auditor and the AI search tools: the robots.txt, llms.txt and AI visibility checkers.
Moeez specialises in production AI systems and Python backends: retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, multi-agent workflows built with LangGraph, and the Django, FastAPI and PostgreSQL services underneath them. Current work includes agentic AI engineering and leading the architecture and deployment of SaaS applications and containerised infrastructure.
From 2019 to 2023, Moeez worked as an independent full-stack Python and AI developer for international clients, building machine learning models, web applications, data scraping systems and APIs.
Work
- Built UtilLab, including a 75+ check website auditor covering technical SEO, speed, security and AI search readiness
- Built and deployed topscinet.com, a Django and PostgreSQL platform presenting Stanford’s ranking of the world’s top 2% of scientists
- Built toppapers.org, an automated platform that archives and curates frontier AI research papers
- Engineered a financial data integration layer whose Django, Celery and Redis pipelines process millions of transaction payloads
